Nearly all of us have experienced a long night or two filled with discomfort or irregular sleep. The increased access to technology and our affinity to reply to even late night text messages have combined with poor mattress choices, causing many of us to sleep less than ever before.

Dr. Neil Stanley, a world renowned sleep expert with over 31 years of expertise, will be visiting our city this month in an effort to spread the message of how sleep is vitally important to our physical, mental and emotional health and what can be done to improve it. Dr. Stanley pic2

Travelling the world, but dividing most of his time between the UK and abroad, he lectures on the benefits of good sleep to the public and professional companies. With global exposure on television and radio including BBC, CNN Business and CTV, it is a rare opportunity to have a sleep professional with these credentials make such an appearance in our city.

Dr. Stanley has worked with a wide range of corporate clients as a consultant providing honest, unbiased, and insightful help. His knowledge and understanding of all a sects of sleep means he is able to provide not only sleep history and background information but also explain the latest research findings.
