Our website is a great tool and while it shows most of the beautiful furniture that we have in stock, sometimes you can't beat being able to see it setup in our showroom. Right now with our showroom being temporarily closed we having been working to setup a way to let you browse through our actual showroom, while still keeping everyone safe.
Thanks to today's technology we have the ability to connect with anyone who has a smartphone, tablet or computer, and give a private, guided tour of our showroom. Not only will you be able to walk through our showroom, you will also have a guide who can suggest the right pieces for your home. It's really the best way to combine online with physical shopping. So here's how it works.
Schedule a 30 minute appointment to tour our 3 floors of furniture.
To book your appointment simply email info@mcelherans.com with a couple time options that would work for you and someone will get back to you and confirm the time. Appointments are currently available Monday-Friday.
You will be sent a link to connect using Zoom.
At the scheduled time, click on the Zoom link you were emailed and you'll be connected up with your host who will chat with you and tour you through the showroom.
If there are pieces that you would like to purchase we will setup a time for you to pick them up or you can schedule a front door delivery (see our current delivery options below).
We know that everyone is spending more time than ever at home and we want to help make your time there as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to connecting with you and helping you create a home that you love to be in.
Who will tour me through the store?
There is a good chance that the store owner, Jeff McElheran, will be your host but if there is someone that you have been working with in the past just let us know in your appointment request and we will see if they would be available to work with you.
How does delivery work in this time of physical distancing?
For their safety and for yours, our team is currently only able to deliver your new furniture to the door of your home. From there you will need to have someone that will be able to move your new furniture into the room you intend to keep it in.
How much is your delivery charge?
We normally charge $199 for delivery but for Virtual Shoppers we are offering delivery for only $99 in the greater Edmonton area.
What is your return policy when Virtual Shopping?
If you are coming to pickup the furniture we will wait to wrap it until you are here. If it isn't the perfect piece for you, no problem. We will put it back on our showroom floor and you won't be charged anything.
If you want to have your furniture delivered, the delivery charge is non-refundable but the furniture can be returned if it doesn't fit your home as well as you thought it would. You will only pay for the delivery and for the pieces that you are keeping.
Is there a limit to how many pieces I can have delivered to my home?
We don't have a hard and fast number but we do reserve the right to limit how many pieces we bring out. Talk with your host for more information.
