And you know what? There isn’t really a one-size-fits-all answer to your pricing concerns. The cost of a sofa varies, furnishing a living room looks a lot different than redecorating a home office - there are a lot of factors that affect the overall price. And preferences can drastically change from person to person, too.
With that in mind, though, we want to give you the most honest and accurate pricing information available. So, we do have some average prices for you, and we'll go over our services and other factors that affect cost, too.

So you can be as up-to-date as possible, we list all of our prices with the products on our website. And we are diligent about updating those prices and making any changes as needed - whether a manufacturer has adjusted their price or a big sale is going on!
Below, you'll find a breakdown of how much it will cost to furnish your living room, dining room, and primary bedroom with quality pieces from McElheran's.
When you place an order with McElheran's, a 30 percent deposit is required, as opposed to the common practice of 50 percent. That way, we won’t tie up too many of your funds while you’re essentially just waiting on your order to arrive.
In addition to the cost of furniture, you have the option to purchase a furniture protection plan. With that, you're looking at four percent of the value of your purchase, with a minimum price of $199.

Our valued clients spend anywhere from several hundred dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars, with an average lifetime spend of $8,800.
Most of our clients are repeat customers, making nine purchases over three separate occasions as they furnish entire rooms and complete various design projects.

At McElheran’s, we do not offer in-house financial
services. Instead, we work with a company called Financeit that offers a variety of programs.
You’ll only be able to finance your purchase between
$500 and $10,000. But keep in mind, if you’re buying something for multiple people, you can actually finance up to $10,000 per person.
Financing is available on floor model purchases and custom orders.

When you accept a delivery from our specialists at McElheran’s, you’ll experience the highest standard of customer service.
Every order is thoroughly inspected and packed for safe and easy delivery to your home. We'll set up your furniture wherever you'd like so you can enjoy it the second we leave.
If you’re having something delivered to the downtown core, our delivery fees start at $99.Most commonly, deliveries are done in the Edmonton and surrounding area for $199.
Outside the greater Edmonton area, deliveries are $2.50 - $3.00 per kilometer one way, with out-of-province delivery available, too.
