Our website is a great tool and while it shows most of the beautiful furniture that we have in stock, sometimes you can't beat being able to see it setup in our showroom. For those not able to make it into our showroom we've setup a way to let you browse through our actual showroom from the comfort of your home.
Who will tour me through the store?
One of our design guides will be your host but if there is someone that you have been working with in the past just let us know in your appointment request and we will see if they would be available to work with you.
How does delivery work in this time of physical distancing?
Our delivery team is taking all the necessary safety precautions when delivering into your home. If you prefer that they not come in your home then they will be happy to bring your new furniture to the door for you.
What is your return policy when Virtual Shopping?
If you are coming to pickup the furniture we will wait to wrap it until you are here. If it isn't the perfect piece for you, no problem. We will put it back on our showroom floor and you won't be charged anything.
If you want to have your furniture delivered, the delivery charge is non-refundable but the furniture can be returned if it doesn't fit your home as well as you thought it would. You will only pay for the delivery and for the pieces that you are keeping.
Is there a limit to how many pieces I can have delivered to my home?
We don't have a hard and fast number but we do reserve the right to limit how many pieces we bring out. Talk with your design guide for more information.
