Our website is a great tool and while it shows most of the beautiful furniture that we have in stock, sometimes you can't beat being able to see it setup in our showroom. Right now with our showroom being temporarily closed we having been working to setup a way to let you browse through our actual showroom, while still keeping everyone safe.
Who will tour me through the store?
There is a good chance that the store owner, Jeff McElheran, will be your host but if there is someone that you have been working with in the past just let us know in your appointment request and we will see if they would be available to work with you.
How does delivery work in this time of physical distancing?
For their safety and for yours, our team is currently only able to deliver your new furniture to the door of your home. From there you will need to have someone that will be able to move your new furniture into the room you intend to keep it in.
How much is your delivery charge?
We normally charge $199 for delivery but for Virtual Shoppers we are offering delivery for only $99 in the greater Edmonton area.
What is your return policy when Virtual Shopping?
If you are coming to pickup the furniture we will wait to wrap it until you are here. If it isn't the perfect piece for you, no problem. We will put it back on our showroom floor and you won't be charged anything.
If you want to have your furniture delivered, the delivery charge is non-refundable but the furniture can be returned if it doesn't fit your home as well as you thought it would. You will only pay for the delivery and for the pieces that you are keeping.
Is there a limit to how many pieces I can have delivered to my home?
We don't have a hard and fast number but we do reserve the right to limit how many pieces we bring out. Talk with your host for more information.
